UNIK’s MOST IMPORTANT technology advancement, the “Anti-torsion support system” or ATSS is integrated within all our footwears’ sole and prevents it from flexing more than it should. This feature, unique to UNIK possesses MAJOR medical benefits by preventing:

ANKLE LOCK SYSTEM

A necessity for today’s hard workers, UNIK’s ankle lock technology secures the ankle and helps lock the foot in place to prevent any injuries from twisting or accidental movements.

U-FIT

Take a look at the back of your foot, you can clearly see that the section connecting your heel to your calf is NOT straight. However, most work boot manufacturers, especially those whose production is done in Asia, still use a generic heel mold that is completely flat, leading to considerable discomfort, even pain for a majority of users.

UNIK’s Canadian based manufacturing process uses a patented “U-Shape mold” called U-FIT that is designed to flawlessly mimic the shape of the back of the foot, which makes a world of difference, especially when working long hours!

COUNTEK

UNIK’s COUNTEK technology, consisting of a waterproof counter component, allow work boots to maintain their original shape for significantly longer periods of time

U-LINE

U-LINE is a high-tech lining that can be found on the inside of most UNIK products which provides superior comfort thanks padding up to 3x thicker than the industry standard.

PRO-LINE

To protect the interior of the boot from repeated friction at the heel, the UNIK PRO-LINE feature is a small microfibre insert designed to maximise durability.
